Welcome to Ori’nuRoot. By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any product, consultation, or package, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Nature of Services and Products
Ori’nuRoot offers both bookable consultation services and non-bookable digital or physical products.
Consultation services are educational, reflective, and insight-based sessions designed to support self-awareness, clarity, and intentional living through structured analysis and guided discussion.
Non-bookable products may include digital content, written materials, recorded sessions, guides, tools, or other resources offered for purchase without a scheduled appointment.
All services and products provided by Ori’nuRoot are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional services in those fields.
2. Foundational Consultation Requirement
The Foundational (Natal) Consultation is required before booking advanced consultations, including Relationship, Health and Wellness, Business, or Yearly Guidance sessions.
This foundational session establishes essential insight that all other consultations build upon.
Clients who book advanced sessions without previously completing a Foundational Consultation may be required to complete it before the scheduled session.
Combination packages that already include the Foundational Consultation are exempt from this requirement.
3. Booking and Scheduling for Consultations
All bookable sessions are scheduled through the Ori’nuRoot website using the integrated booking calendar.
Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment and booking completion.
Session times are displayed according to the consultant’s designated time zone. Clients are solely responsible for confirming that the selected time aligns with their local time zone.
4. Non-Bookable Products
Non-bookable products do not include live consultation time and are delivered as described on the product page.
Delivery may be digital, physical, or instructional depending on the product purchased.
Access to digital products may be granted immediately after purchase or within a stated delivery timeframe.
Many consultations require extensive preparation prior to the session, including chart analysis and review of information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of booking.
Ori’nuRoot is not responsible for the quality or outcome of a consultation where inaccurate or incomplete information has been provided.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking.
Consultation fees cover preparation, analysis, live session time, and post-session insight where applicable.
Prices for products and services may vary by region, offering, or package and may change without prior notice.
Due to the personalized and preparatory nature of consultations, all booked sessions are nonrefundable once confirmed.
Non-bookable digital products are also non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has commenced, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
8. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
Clients may request to reschedule a booked consultation with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations made without sufficient notice may be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Ori’nuRoot reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date and time will be offered.
9. Scope of Outcomes
All consultations and products are intended to support awareness, reflection, and understanding.
Results are not guaranteed, and interpretations may vary depending on individual circumstances.
Clients retain full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and interpretations following any consultation or use of any product.
All materials, session frameworks, written content, digital products, recordings, and insights provided by Ori’nuRoot remain the intellectual property of Ori’nuRoot.
They may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, redistributed, resold, or shared without explicit written permission.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Ori’nuRoot respects client confidentiality.
Information shared during consultations is treated with discretion and used solely for consultation purposes.
Customer and client data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
By booking a consultation or purchasing any product from Ori’nuRoot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or purchase.
